It features 2 comfortable bedrooms and 1 bathroom, one of which is en suite for added convenience. The private kitchen is fully equipped and includes a coffee maker. You will also have Wi-Fi and a private workspace, ideal for those who need to work during their stay. Step out onto the 10 m² private terrace, perfect for sunbathing, reading outdoors, or simply relaxing in the fresh air. It’s also a great spot for outdoor activities or drying clothes. Pets are allowed upon request. Events and parties are not permitted. The peaceful and quiet atmosphere ensures all guests can rest well. Its central location lets you explore Moratalla on foot. The traditional-style house has been carefully renovated, preserving original details that give it a unique character. On the ground floor, you’ll find a living-dining room with a fireplace for relaxing, while the two-story layout offers space to unwind and enjoy. Just a 20-minute walk (or 5-minute drive) away is Moratalla’s municipal pool, open from July with swimming lessons, a bar, and water attractions available for an extra fee.
